Initial BHRT Program Onboarding

$1,499.00 + GST

This begins your BHRT treatment program. This is a one-time fee that is required before booking your initial appointment with Dr. Crisci.

The Initial BHRT Program Onboarding of $1,499 + GST is a one-time fee that covers:

  • Your initial treatment planning consultation with Dr. Crisci
  • Your first set of tests performed at your local LifeLabs location anywhere in BC, tests determined by medical need on a patient-by-patient basis
  • Your personal analysis and interpretation of all bloodwork
  • Documentation of your personal medical history
  • A customized treatment plan
  • Options for prescriptions, including possible delivery as pelleting or other (price does not include the medication cost, payable to your local compounding pharmacy)

This fee is separate from ongoing monthly or annual program fees, and is required before beginning.

BHRT Payment Schedule
1. Initial BHRT Program Onboarding
  • This is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $1,499 + GST at the start of your BHRT onboarding.
  • This fee covers:
    • Baseline lab work performed at LifeLabs locations across BC
    • Dr. Crisci’s analysis of your serum results
    • Your initial assessment and custom Treatment Plan Consultation
    • Your first prescription to the compounding pharmacy of your choice
2. Individualized Treatment Protocol
After your onboarding is complete, your treatment begins.
  • Your treatment plan starts on the day of your first consultation with Dr. Crisci.
  • You can choose either option:
    • Monthly: $125 per month + GST
    • Annually: $1500 + GST per year for ongoing care
What Your Individualized Treatment Protocol Includes (every 12 months)
Each 12-month period includes;
  • Up to 2 visits with a clinician (MD or RN), in addition to your initial Treatment Plan Consultation
    • In-person or virtual
  • Up to 2 sets of hormone-related lab tests per year, when clinically indicated
    • Ordered by your clinician through our private LifeLabs account (included)
  • Up to 3 clinical communications (phone call or email) between visits that change your treatment plan, for example:
    • Dose adjustments
    • New or changed prescriptions
This Protocol is designed to cover your ongoing care, needed lab monitoring, and a reasonable number of medical updates over each 12-month period. However, patients may opt for additional appointments with a clinician on request, for an additional fee. Please contact the clinic for more information.
