What comes next is a program built entirely around you: your serum results, your baseline, your goals. Dr. Crisci begins every patient relationship at the lowest effective dose, because a protocol that isn’t calibrated to your body specifically isn’t a protocol at all. You’ll have a full opportunity to review everything on the next page before anything is confirmed or charged.

Dr. Crisci’s BHRT program is private-pay and is not covered by the BC Medical Services Plan. All scheduled medical appointments and LifeLabs blood testing are included in your program fees, even your initial and follow-up bloodwork, performed at any LifeLabs location in BC. By keeping fees all-inclusive, the program is designed to be as straightforward and accessible as possible.

Prescription costs are separate, as they are highly personalised to each patient. Your private health insurance or health spending account may cover part or all of your prescription costs. We strongly encourage you to check with your provider before beginning.

When payments are made

• Step 1: Initial BHRT Program Onboarding ($1,499 + GST)

Charged at the start of enrollment, approximately three weeks before your first appointment (your Treatment Plan Consultation) with Dr. Crisci. Your LifeLabs requisition for bloodwork is sent to you at this stage. LifeLabs appointments are made online, appointment availability varies across the province. No fasting is needed for the initial labs, so you may have afternoon or walk-in appointments available.

• Step 2: First Monthly Payment ($125 + GST) OR Annual Payment Option ($1500 + GST)

Charged on the day of your initial appointment with Dr. Crisci. This is the date your program officially begins. All future fees are charged on this same date monthly or annually, depending on options chosen above.

All programmed follow-up appointments and lab work as per the protocol are included. No additional fees are charged unless you book an unscheduled appointment or request other communication outside the protocol. Due to prescription customizations, medication costs are not included in the protocol, and are paid by you directly to your pharmacy.


A note on insurance: Your extended private health insurance or health spending account may cover your prescription costs, and in some cases parts of this program. We recommend checking with your insurance provider before your first appointment.

Once onboarding and your Treatment Plan Consultation is complete, you select your Individualized Treatment Protocol from the two options below.
