BHRT Initiation Fee

The BHRT Initiation Fee of $1,499 + GST is a one-time fee that covers:

• Your initial treatment planning consultation with Dr. Crisci
• Your first set of tests performed at your local LifeLabs location anywhere in BC, tests determined by medical need on a patient-by-patient basis
• Your personal analysis and interpretation of all bloodwork
• Documentation of your personal medical history
• A customized treatment plan
• Options for prescriptions, including possible delivery as pelleting or other (price does not include the medication or prescription costs themselves, payable to your local pharmacy when medication is picked up)

This initiation fee is separate from ongoing membership fees, and is required before beginning BHRT care.

• There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $1,499 + GST at the start of your BHRT intake.
• This fee covers:
  • Your initial assessment
  • Baseline lab work

• After your intake is complete, you are enrolled in the BHRT Membership.
• Your membership starts on the day of your treatment-planning consultation.
• You can choose how to pay:
  • Monthly: $125 per month + GST
  • Annually: $1,499 + GST per year for ongoing care

• Up to 2 clinical visits
  • With a clinician (MD or RN)
  • In person or virtual
• Up to 2 sets of hormone-related lab tests per year
  • Ordered by your clinician through our private LifeLabs account
  • Only when clinically indicated
• Up to 3 clinical communications between visits that change your treatment plan, for example:
  • Medical advice that leads to a change
  • Dose adjustments
  • New or changed prescriptions
