All of our appointments begin and end on time to ensure our next patient is not delayed. If you arrive late for your appointment the treatment time will be reduced to stay on schedule. The price of the service will remain the same.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be rescheduled, which will be considered as a cancellation.
Life happens! We are happy to help our patients with cancellations or rescheduling their appointments if necessary. However, to help accommodate our other guests we require a minimum notice of 24 hours in advance to change or cancel the appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged 20% of the cost of the treatment along with a $25 administrative fee to the card on file. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled more than twice, we reserve the right to not reschedule the appointment.
Packages prices are applicable only when all the package is paid for, and cannot be divided by number of appointments.
Unless stated otherwise packages do not have an expiry date.
Unused packages’ portions can be converted into a credit only which can then be applied against other treatments or service.
