Our Clinic is led by Dr. Elisabeth Crisci, a recognized, multi-awarded medical doctor with over 20 years of experience. Dr. Crisci and her team are amongst the most recognized experts in BC and understand the unique needs related to aging. In a warm and comfortable environment, we use the latest advancements in aesthetic and functional medicine to help patients regain their health, looks and self-confidence.
Liana Bamford
Lead Medical Aesthetician
Liana Bamford has been in the aesthetics industry since 2015. She is a proud graduate from Blanche Macdonald Centre, where she earned her diploma in Advanced Esthetics and Spa Therapy. She was able to further her experience and deepen her knowledge under the guidance of some of the best medical aesthetic doctors in the Lower Mainland prior to joining Pacifica MD. With an exceptional attention to detail, Liana is passionate about skin health and the unique needs of aging skin. With a very gentle and friendly approach, she will be there to guide you through your skin health journey, every step of the way. Liana is originally from Ontario. She has called BC home since 2012 and has been a proud Islander since 2023. In her free time, Liana can be found spending time with her husband and three dogs.
Heather Gagnon, RN
Registered Nurse
Heather is our first Registered Nurse to join Pacifica MD, is committed to advancing wellness through evidence-based, compassionate, client-centred care. Heather brings over 11 years of healthcare experience specializing in public and community health. She emphasizes meaningful connection in every aspect of her practice. Building on her recent specialized training, Heather delivers tailored care strategies designed to improve quality of life and empower individuals to achieve optimal health outcomes.
Remi Bidewell
Medical Aesthetician
Remi Bidewell is a professionally trained Medical Aesthetician with a strong foundation in evidence-based skincare and a passion for helping clients feel confident and cared for. A proud graduate of Blanche Macdonald’s Global and Medical Aesthetics program, Remi combines her clinical training with a thoughtful, personalized approach to treatment.
She has a deep appreciation for the science and artistry behind healthy, radiant skin and is committed to tailoring each service to the unique needs of her clients—including those seeking advanced care for aging or sensitive skin. Remi is dedicated to ongoing education and staying current within the ever-evolving field of medical aesthetics, ensuring each treatment delivers visible results rooted in safety and expertise.
Outside the clinic, Remi enjoys staying active, exploring new local restaurants, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Stephanie Segaric
Patient care coordinator
Stephanie joins Pacifica MD as our Patient Care Coordinator, blending warmth and high-level organization with a lifelong dedication to wellness. With over 20 years in client relations, she is committed to ensuring every patient feels informed and supported from their very first interaction. As a Certified Personal Trainer with a diploma in Makeup for Film & Television, Stephanie deeply appreciates the connection between inner health and outer artistry, bringing a holistic understanding to the patient experience.
A new Qualicum Beach resident, she loves connecting with her community. In her free time, you’ll find her hiking, hunting for vintage treasures, perfecting her vegan baking recipes, or enjoying a yoga class.
