  • Rewards can be redeemed only for medical aesthetics services, not products.
  • Medical services and hormone optimization services are also excluded.
  • Points are calculated on the total amount before tax.
  • Points do not accrue for the purchase of Nelly De Vuyst products, shipping or tax.
  • Packages do not collect points.
  • Gift vouchers and store credits collect points when applied to sale.
  • Points are rewarded at time of checkout, not time of booking.
  • Points cannot be used to purchase a gift voucher.
  • Points are automatically removed if a transaction is refunded or an invoice is deleted.
  • Points and rewards cannot be shared or transferred.
  • Minimum of 1000 points value must be collected to redeem.
  • Not redeemable for cash.
  • Nonrefundable.
  • Points expire after 2 years.
  • Program is non-transferable and is for use by registered members only.
  • The program is subject to present and future program rules.
  • The program cannot be combined with other special offers or discounts.
  • Must be 19 years of age or older to become a member.
  • Our system automatically tracks the points you’ve earned. You can check your balance by asking the front desk or checking your account online.
